1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Pneuma website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity tiers in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Personalised Products
Personalised merchandise is made to your specification. By submitting artwork, logos, or text for personalisation, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use all submitted content.
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- The content is not unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse any personalisation request at our discretion. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or materially different from what was approved.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items promptly and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
7. Returns & Refunds
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Pneuma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User Content
By uploading content (logos, artwork, text) for personalisation, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pneuma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
